Quality Systems Engineer
Responsible for driving the Quality Management System (QMS), aligning procedures and processes with rest of operations team to support the QMS. Provide training and champion the Quality Management System.
Support the effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the site, including any business accreditations.
• Maintain (and develop) the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
• Support the maintenance of site accreditation (VDA, IATF, CQC, VSCC) and perform audits as per customer and IAC requirements.
• Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors. • Host external Quality System audits.
• Provide training on Quality Systems and business processes.
• Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
• Assist with training of quality awareness.
• Develop, Collate and Report on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
• Support develop and roll-out of activities that support the QMS and quality improvements, i.e. first off sample approvals.
• Write reports and present progress to Senior Management.
You will receive a competitive salary ranging plus company holiday pay.
50 per week, with flexibility for 40 hours some weeks, finishing at 3:30pm on a Friday. Training will be given to the right candidate with the opportunity to join an expanding site within our organisation.
