  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering roles, with a focus on APQP and project support within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, APQP methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Experience with quality tools and techniques such as FMEA, control plans, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools (e.g., APQP software, statistical analysis software).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex data and drive effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers and suppliers.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards and requirements (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of quality engineering and project management.
