Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Payroll AND/OR HR consultancy services to customers and prospects, ensuring strategic and operational objectives are met.
  • Implement business changes with technology support, seeking efficiency and added value in all consultancy delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices to enhance service quality and relevance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business plan goals.
  • Uphold a positive image of MHR in all interactions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and appearance.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of MHR products and services consistently.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures, and customer needs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and communicate additional commercial opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a business change environment.
  • Experience with Payroll AND/OR HR systems (knowledge of iTrent is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Well-organised and methodical, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
