Develop and execute a comprehensive DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission, purpose, and strategic goals.
* Lead culture-building initiatives that promote diversity, inclusivity, and engagement across the organisation.
External Networks and Partnerships:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including diversity-focused organisations, academic institutions, and community groups, in collaboration with the Student Recruitment and Partnerships teams.
Communications:
* Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans that effectively convey DEIB and cultural initiatives to staff, in collaboration with the Leadership and Senior Leadership teams, including enabling internal communication channels.
Culture and Engagement:
* Lead efforts to maintain an inclusive organisational culture that values diversity and fosters employee engagement.
Managing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Level 5) or equivalent experience supported by relevant courses.
* Experience in delivering effective communication plans that engage diverse audiences.
