Supporting the delivery of environmental excellence in the business; providing environmental advice and education, assuring regulatory compliance, and promoting environmental innovation to deliver sustainable growth. Here are some of the activities you’ll get involved with: Support the production of environmental assessments and management plans in line with the environmental management system Monitor, analysis and report of environmental performance to the business and to clients where appropriate. Assist in environmental incident management supporting the E&S team in responding to and investigating incidents and near misses. Carry out inspections and audits of our facilities, sites, and projects to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, permits and environmental legislation. Assist in promoting a positive environmental culture and the delivery of environmental awareness training Aid with the implementation of business environmental and sustainability. Initiatives, plans and strategies We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate… Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively, a full and valid UK driving licence and a relevant degree in environmental discipline or equivalent experience in a applicable environmental/sustainability role are essential. Along with the capability to understand environmental plans, reports and environmental data, some previous experience, within the industry, through either an internship or summer work placement etc. is preferable.
