As a specialist SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting our student's individual needs and helping them reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Specialist SEN Tutor to join our team. As a SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, developmental delays, and disabilities. Use appropriate teaching techniques and resources to support student's learning
Adapt and modify teaching materials to suit student's abilities and interests
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in SEN educationRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience working with students with special educational needs
In-depth knowledge of various SEN conditions and appropriate teaching strategies
Familiarity with the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with SEN
