Reporting to the Global Director of Procurement & Supply Chain for Babcock and, operationally, to the Chief Executive of the land sector, you will be a core member of both the P&SC leadership team for Babcock and the leadership team for the land sector. Your role will be to ensure that P&SC resources are directed and focused on the delivery of customer contracts while demonstrating collaboration and support for P&SC Functional transformation activities in your area of responsibility

Ensure appropriate focus, priority, and resource are applied to contract delivery across the sector.
communication and reporting of sector performance and results, for internal and external audiences, utilising established tools, systems, and processes for managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and approved benefits.
Sector and functional talent management activities; of specific Projects and Programmes as required by the global director P&SC or land sector CEO.

Role Scope : Management of a team of over 300 people, including nine senior direct reports, with a spend of circa £600 million pa.
