Description du poste

Notre service ERCD est en charge de la gestion de toute notre activité pièces de rechange en France et à l’international. Rattaché.e au Responsable du service Technique , vous intégrez une équipe de 9 personnes dont l’objectif est d’apporter du conseil et du support à nos clients pour leurs problématiques pièces détachées.

Missions

Dans le cadre du poste Expert support technique, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Comprendre et analyser le besoin du client pour apporter une préconisation de composants permettant de répondre au problème rencontré
  • Echanger avec les fournisseurs pour valider leur proposition technique à travers les spécifications et les plans 2D / 3D, voire trouver des solutions de substitution.
  • Etudier des solutions techniques pour pallier l’obsolescence de composants et l’arrêt de gammes des usines.
  • Représenter l’après vente dans les projets de développement de nouveaux produits finis, ainsi que les modifications de produits des usines du groupe.

Nous recherchons une personne reconnue pour sa rigueur et son sens de la relation clients. De plus, vous avez un esprit pratique, oriente vers la recherche de solutions.

Vous détenez au minimum ces qualifications:

  • Titulaire d’une formation de niveau Technicien ou Ingénieur dans les domaines Mécanique, Electrique, Génie Climatique/Thermique ou Énergétique.
  • Vous avez une expérience préalable dans le domaine technique ou un parcours en tant que Technicien SAV / Maintenance
  • Vous avez un niveau d’Anglais professionnel qui vous permettra de soutenir des échanges écrits principalement et d’aborder sans appréhension la communication a l'oral.
  • Vous êtes a l’aise en informatique, avec des notions de CAO, afin d’appréhender facilement l'utilisation des outils 2D / 3D
