We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources & Compliance Officer to join our client's team. Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement talent management strategies and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Provide policy advice and guidance to line managers and staff on recruitment, training, and development.
Promote and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and certification requirements.
Drive policy development and produce informative reports on HR indicators, GDPR, and diversity.
Provide HR specialist support at senior management level and handle general queries.
Additional Health and Safety experience / H&S qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) highly beneficial.
Experience in a fast-paced commercial manufacturing or logistics environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
Understanding of how talent management supports business strategy and motivates performance.
