What is involved in the Senior NAM role?
of existing and growing new accounts.
role for the End User accounts.
the annual account plan in line with the core objectives for the channel.
on marketing led and quality driven activities.
updates with the Head of Sales on progress ensuring appropriate activities are in place.
within the accounts around price increases and all contracts are managed and signed ahead of implementation etc.
based contract with one day per week or averaged over the month in the office.
Foodservice commercial experience, able to display development of new accounts.
Strong network in the foodservice sector – End User experience an advantage not essential.
The ability and energy to onboard new customers and drive growth in current accounts.
Managerial experience in previous commercial career.
This is a team with low attrition rates and a strong team of networked individuals with knowledge and expertise to engage with and draw on. There are clear examples of individuals who have grown and progressed with this business, so the future holds personal career development.
