You experience in strategy and planning for the UK digital media market will be a huge value-add for our team. In the planning arena, you've built relationships with UK regional media partners and know how to uncover amazing custom buys for clients. You'll play a strategic role in helping to bring video game titles to market and mentoring a team of experienced individual contributors.

You experience in strategy and planning for the UK digital media market will be a huge value-add for our team. In the planning arena, you've built relationships with UK regional media partners and know how to uncover amazing custom buys for clients. You'll play a strategic role in helping to bring video game titles to market and mentoring a team of experienced individual contributors.
To join us in this highly responsible position, your profile should demonstrate current experience in modern digital advertising strategy and planning—
~3-5 years of ad agency experience working with major clients on multi-channel digital media campaigns
~ Experiencing training and mentoring associate/assistant level employees and/or experienced individual contributors
~ Deep knowledge of audience research and planning tools, such as GWI, SimilarWeb, Pathmatics, SimmonsMRI, MediaOcean/Prisma, DV360, and others
~ Ability to teach others client invoicing, digital I/Os, audience planning, reporting, and other responsibilities
~ Solid Excel-for-media and other analytics skills

Your qualities and attributes
Ability to convey ideas, insights, and recommendations effectively to clients, vendors, and internal teams both in writing and in person
Relationship building: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and peers, understanding their unique needs, and managing their expectations
Resourcefulness and skill in identifying and resolving challenges that may arise during the media planning, buying, and activation process, always backed by data and quickly shared with the team and managers
Compensation is highly competitive with UK media agencies, in the £40-50k range plus bonus eligibility. Our benefits program includes private insurance, a home technology stipend, and other perks. You'll also join us for our mini-holidays in January-- we've been to Cabo, Hawaii, New Orleans, and Puerto Vallarta in the past few years together
