Job summary
Seeking a Front Office Manager for Sudima Kaikoura Hotel Full time role on the Leadership Team Manage day-to-day operations of the Front Office
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Lead a large Front Office Team to deliver exceptional service • Manage and report day-to-day operations of the Front Office • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any problems • Coach and inspire the Front Office team • Oversee and ensure effective and efficient staffing of Front Office and Guest Service departments • Ensure personal presentation and grooming standards are upheld • Oversee safe evacuation procedures • Manage rosters and work all shifts • Report daily to the team and Operations Manager • Report on monthly budgets and P&Ls
Requirements
• At least 3 years of hotel front office experience • Previous people management experience • NZQF Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or relevant experience • Current LCQ, General Managers, and First Aid Certificate • Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills • Essential understanding of Front Office systems and processes • Strong leadership ensuring department compliance • Full NZ Drivers License
