Working hours - PM Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Transport Operations: Oversee dailytransportactivities, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and safety standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report ontransportperformance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Cost Management: Optimisetransportcosts while maintaining high service standards.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in asupervisory role within atransportor logistics environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding oftransportregulations and safety standards.
