Environmental Waste Controls Ltd are looking for an experienced Household Waste Recycling Centre Supervisor with a proven track record to oversee 4 x sites in Lincolnshire.

**General Duties**
- Managing staffing to ensure minimum levels are achieved at all times
- Ensuring site and paperwork compliance is maintained in line with legislative requirements
- Managing and segregating waste streams to ensure maximum recycling and availability to the public at all times
- Performance Management and coaching of site staff
- Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are upheld and legislative requirements are complied with
- Liaising with Transport contractor to ensure full containers are moved at the earliest opportunity

**Hours**
- 40 hours per week
- Friday to Tuesday inclusive

**Person Requirements/Qualifications**
- Must be COTC Level 4 Transfer Station or HWRC qualified
- Full, clean driving licence
- Previous experience of managing HWRC at Supervisory or Management level
- Good computer skills including experience of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience of running multi site operations would be an advantage

**Package**
