Job Description

This role primary focus covers the Property Management of our extensive non-terminal assets exposing you to a diverse range of tenants across a varied mixed use portfolio in a complex operational and commercial environment. The role will have a limited element of asset management to include leasing and rent reviews.

It is the perfect role for someone looking to establish a career at a household name that is rapidly growing post pandemic. The successful application will have a clear pathway to grow their career within the property team or move to other roles throughout the airport

Responsibilities

  • Property / Facilities Management of the Non-Terminal Estate
  • Oversight of Residential Portfolio and Managing Agents
  • Leasehold property management and management of Landlord relationships.
  • Responsible for overseeing compliance, repairs and maintenance in accordance with lease terms
  • Contributing to the long-term redevelopment strategy for the non-terminal estate
  • Responsible for Health & Safety / Fire Management of the Non-Terminal Estate

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a commercial landlord & tenant environment. Good knowledge of all relevant legislation (Landlord & Tenant / Health & Safety)
  • Comprehension of construction and building management principles
  • Strong customer focus and diplomacy skills
  • Proactive and positive team player

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • NEBOSH/IOSH/IWFM or other equivalent qualifications desirable

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
