Ihr Aufgaben- und Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Verantwortung für das gesamte Spektrum der Personalarbeit im In- und Ausland zum Vergütungs- und Benefitsystem
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und People Business Partner zu allen Fragestellungen des Vergütungs- und Benefitsystem
  • Aktive Gestaltung, Optimierung sowie professionelle Umsetzung von Projekten, u.a. Veränderung eines Systems zur Leistungsbeurteilung oder die strategische Anpassung unserer bestehenden Benefit-Programme
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration der Zielvereinbarung, Leistungsbewertung und Budgetplanung bei Vergütung und Benefits
  • Verantwortliche Vertragsführung der Service- & Produktpartner bei Vergütung und Benefits
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem People Operations & Benefits Manager zur operativen Umsetzung der Benefit-Kernprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von nationalen und internationalen HR-Strategien, -Initiativen und -Verfahren in allen Scope-Gesellschaften in Übereinstimmung mit der allgemeinen Geschäftsstrategie sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechtsvorschriften
Ihr fachliches und persönliches Profil
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL, VWL, HR oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Human Resources Manager oder People Business Partner
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des deutschen und internationalen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts sowie aktuelle Kenntnisse zu Personalthemen
  • Kenntnisse von HR-Systemen und Datenbanken (SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherheit, sich flexibel in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld mit Matrixstrukturen zu bewegen
  • Starke MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
