Responsible for Payroll and Client invoicing:

  • support all timesheets and invoicing requirements from clients.
  • Ensuring timesheets are entered in a timely manner and in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Assisting with incoming payments to match up and then process to contractors.
  • Liaising with clients on payment status to ensure contractors paid on time.
  • Processing payrolls and generating relevant information to contractors.
  • Uploading payment files and creating manual payments to contractors.
  • Working with Customer Service Co-Ordinator to manage client and contractor requirements.
