Connetix is a rapidly expanding toy business focused on creating incredible open-ended STEAM accredited magnetic tiles that help to develop imagination and creativity in people of all ages.
Our company operates on a family friendly, flexible working from home (remote) model and therefore successful applicants will be required to have a workspace to safely accommodate this arrangement.
The National & Key Accounts Manager will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts at a national or even international level. Your primary goal is to maximize sales, profitability, and growth opportunities within these accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Outcomes
Develop and nurture relationships with national retail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure successful product launches and inventory management.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
Create and implement strategic account plans that align with overall business objectives.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Full P&L Responsibility for sales channels (retail & education)

To be successful in this position you will need prior experience within the Toy Industry
Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of successful national account management in the consumer goods, toy, or related industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making at various levels.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Attending trade shows
Comfortable working from home in a remote office setting

Nb: Base salary + commission
