Job Opportunity: Development Lead at an Established Asset Management Firm

As a Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing our development team while supporting the business in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. You will primarily focus on rapid application development (RAD) cycles with a strong emphasis on test-driven development (TDD) practices where applicable.

Lead and oversee the development team in creating software solutions for our business platforms.
Establish best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
Background in financial services, preferably with experience in the fund management sector.
Proficiency in supporting various applications and business areas including order management, portfolio management, risk management, compliance, CRM, and data management.
Strong programming skills in SQL Server / T-SQL, .Net, C#, ASP/ASP.Net, WPF, and Angular.
Familiarity with languages such as Python, R, and cloud native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
Experience with reporting, automation, and developer tooling including SSRS, Azure DevOps / Git, PowerBI, Vcron, and DevExpress.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to finding solutions.
