Oversee all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring contract margins are met while delivering efficient service.
- Handle interim valuations, variations, final accounts, and internal progress reports. Administer subcontract payment certificates and cost value reconciliations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all contractual notices using Unifier software to effectively manage the NEC4 Contract.
- Monitor subcontract costs, labour allocation, and material purchases to ensure alignment with tender allowances and contract margins.
- Implement risk management techniques to mitigate potential cost overruns and ensure effective project delivery.
- Keep the Framework Key Account Manager and Commercial Manager informed of any cost overruns or risks to project delivery.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
- A related degree in Quantity Surveying.
- A full driving licence.
