Lead the development of portfolio and pricing tools to effectively build the diversified portfolio structure to deliver sustainable profit over the market cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Opportunity Evaluation: evaluate potential business opportunities from a pricing perspective, employing advanced actuarial techniques and methodologies
In collaboration with Innovation, Data and Analytics explore and implement, new and 'smart' methodologies to optimize the follow portfolio and algorithms/models to support pre-bind risk selection
Broker platform integration: programming risk appetite parameters into broker platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organisational objectives
Actuarial Experience: Expected to have relevant experience within the non-life insurance Industry, with a significant focus on pricing, ideally across a multitude of products. Planning & Organisation: Able to plan long term deliverables and ensure tasks are planned and completed accordingly and that any delays or complications are communicated early and resolved appropriately.
Business Partnering: Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the actuarial process, as well as translate actuarial output to stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking and Tactical Implementation: Ability to invent, design and build solutions.
Actuarial expertise across various insurance classes and portfolio business to provide strategic insights and recommendations
