We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our in-house team of customer support helpdesk advisors here at James Hall & Co. Our aim is to provide and deliver a fantastic service to our current and potential retailers as well as suppliers and the public.
As a key member of our Customer Support Hub, you’ll handle a variety of tasks ranging from resolving customer issues and enquiries to troubleshooting IT-related problems. Providing first-line support for customer queries.
Utilising problem-solving skills to address incidents promptly, including IT support issues such as till problems, software queries, and network outages.
Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams using various platforms, including email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone and face-to-face.
Contributing to our company's reputation for excellent customer service through your dedication and professionalism.
We're seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in IT support. While prior experience in a contact centre or IT support environment is desirable, it's not essential as full training will be provided. A good foundation in IT skills, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
