Carers worker

The Relief Support Worker role is an opportunity for you to utilize your existing experience and knowledge of working with adults with a learning disability and forensic background. You will provide practical support to individuals to enable them to participate in community activities. You will also work with and develop a personal support plan that addresses individual needs, including helping service users to develop their domestic, financial and emotional management and achieve greater independence and self-esteem. We need dedicated, flexible and responsive individuals to provide personalised support in line with the principles of recovery and who are highly motivated, have a positive outlook and are able to engage and motivate individuals to participate in a range of activities. You will have a keen insight into the challenges that our service users face on a daily basis and an awareness of the delivery of supported living care. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
