Programme Manager- Asset Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Strategic Transformation Director to lead our global team in delivering a critical programme of work across the group. You’ll be proficient with change and transformation methodologies and how to translate these into simplified practices.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of a high-profile strategic transformation programme that aligns with IQ-EQ’s long-term goals and objectives.
Manage a global team of project managers, analysts, and other professionals to drive project delivery and ensure successful roll-out of transformation initiatives; Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project. This includes creating risk management plans and monitoring risk throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
This includes conducting regular reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project success and mitigate potential delays or setbacks.
Develop and implement robust change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic transformation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Facilitate cross collaboration across functions by establishing communication channels, fostering a culture of open dialogue, and organising cross-functional projects to encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing between departments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale strategic transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organisation.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how strategic change can drive business performance and growth.
