Salary: £40,000 per annum plus performance bonus, company car/car cash allowance, pension and many other Veolia benefits.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

What you'll be doing;
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of the Commercial business unit to ensure the effective and safe organisation of work processes, whilst delivering services to maximum operational efficiency.
- Compliance with all Health and Safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures and ensure Health and Safety remains at the forefront within the collections operations.
- Leading and managing the 36 frontline staff & 5 office staff whilst providing training and mentoring for all new starters, contractors and refresher training for existing employees.
- Drive efficiencies within job role to maximise profit
- Assist in achieving operational KPIs for collections alongside ongoing financial and efficiency monitoring operational performance.
- Maximise quality and efficiency through effective management of the team.
- Ensure month end reports are completed in the business managers absence.
- Completion of Incident and Accident reports as per company procedure, carrying out full investigations for all incidents and logging in AVA.
- Effectively managing all fleet compliance relating to the operations and being the nominated TM on the company Operators Licence.
What we're looking for;
- IOSH Qualification.
- CPC Qualification (or working towards).
- Commercial operations background.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent management skills.
