As Head of Change , you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives, ensuring projects align with business objectives and add measurable value. Working closely with senior leaders across broking, operations, and technology, you’ll establish best-in-class change governance, build high-performing teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of how the business operates — from optimising core systems such as Acturis and Salesforce to improving data, digital, and operational capabilities that enhance client service and efficiency.

Oversee large-scale transformation programmes covering M&A integration, target operating model design, and enterprise system implementation .
Develop a structured governance framework with clear reporting, KPIs, and risk management.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers, business analysts, and change specialists.
Foster collaboration and innovation across the change function, promoting Agile and continuous improvement practices.

Proven experience leading business and technology change within an insurance brokerage or financial services environment.
Track record of delivering complex transformation programmes in acquisitive organisations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Practical experience of Agile, PRINCE2, or PROSCI methodologies.
Commercially astute with strong financial management and delivery focus.
