As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for Hardware (Electronics) Verification Engineers to join the team to take responsibility for the test and verification of our electronics hardware designs for Motor Control Units (MCUs) used in aerospace applications, including creating and following test plans, executing tests, gathering data, and reporting on results to internal and external customers.
Designing tests, writing test plans and procedures
Executing test plans to prove functionality/performance/durability
setup of data acquisition systems and software
Carrying out data analysis and drawing conclusions from test data to produce engineering test reports
Integration and testing of software and hardware
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience in testing MCUs, inverters, converters (or other powertrain systems)
Experience in testing of multi-layer, simple and complex PCBAs
Writing of test plans and test procedures
Previous proven experience designing test equipment/test rigs to support MCU and PCBA testing
Ability to demonstrate knowledge, reasoning, and problem-solving skills in engineering
A flexible approach to work, with the desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
~ Willingness to travel as required

Knowledge / Experience of applicable aerospace standards an advantage, such as:
