Interim Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement estate strategy aligned with objectives.

- Lead capital projects and manage facilities operations.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and governance standards.

- Oversee workforce management and professional development.

- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective service delivery.

- Manage budgets and drive efficiency initiatives.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote professional standards.

- Oversee information management and policy development.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications and chartered professional accreditation.

- Extensive senior management experience in estates and facilities idelaly healthcare

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to drive change and foster innovation.
