I am currently working with a Public Sector organisation who are looking for a Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

  • The role involves overseeing the safety, security, and management of the built environment, including estate strategy development, capital project planning and delivery, and facilities management.
  • The Deputy Director is responsible for managing significant revenue and capital budgets, ensuring financial accountability, and developing cost improvement programs.
  • They are also tasked with leading and managing staff teams, promoting a positive culture, and driving projects to improve performance and satisfaction levels.
  • The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant discipline, significant senior management experience, and strong commercial and contracts management skills.
