Job Title: Asbestos Administrator/Call Handler Location: Warrington Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience We're recruiting for an Asbestos Administrator/Call Handler to join a reputable asbestos management company that provides survey and testing services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a proactive team member to assist with administrative tasks and handle incoming calls, helping the team run efficiently and supporting the delivery of high quality asbestos services. The role: Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails Handling general enquiries from clients, tenants and contractors Booking in asbestos surveys Coordinating daily schedules for surveyors and analysts Liaising with tenants and site contacts to confirm access arrangements Maintaining accurate records within the company's job management system Supporting the wider team with admin tasks, report processing, and follow-up communication We're looking for: Experience in administration, scheduling, or call handling (experience in asbestos, construction, facilities or a similar industry is a bonus, but not essential) Experience answering calls in a fast paced environment Strong administrative experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems A natural communicator with a professional yet approachable manner Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Calm under pressure and able to think ahead to solve problem Located within commuting distance of Warrington and able to work in the office five days a week What's on offer: Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience Career progression opportunities within a fast-growing, reputable asbestos consultancy Ongoing training and professional development in asbestos industry procedures, compliance, and best practices 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
