REMOTE Lead Software Developer - Solve the NHS Staffing Crisis
We are working with a fantastic ‘HealthTech meets Tech for Good’ start-up who, after an exciting year of growth last year, are looking to continue scaling with a Lead Software Developer.
If you’re passionate about working on exciting technical challenges with cutting-edge tech, this is an excellent opportunity for you as they’ve combined specialist industry expertise with leading-edge software to create the largest ever ‘collaborative staff bank’. They’ve already filled over 170,000 shifts.
Experience required as a Lead Software Developer:
Team leadership responsibilities including 1-to-1s, career map planning, technical leadership, code reviews
Over 7 years commercial experience working in software development using JVM languages
You do not need to have worked with Kotlin previously, but must be open and happy to work with it.
Desired: frontend experience ( React )
