As part of our team, you'll be tasked with
This is a varied HR role where you will be encouraged to actively seek and identify improvements in operation HR working practices within a friendly and professional environment.
Your role will involve but not be limited to
Drafting contracts and offer letters for permanent employees and contractors.
Be the primary contact and systems administrator for queries and access levels on our HR system (BambooHR)
Ensure the HR System accurately reflects current employee details and changes that arise and maintain all HR files in line with GDPR
Onboarding new starters
Offboarding leavers
Conduct right to work on all employees
Undertake all necessary employment checks and enhanced security checks
Producing accurate and timely payroll information to the outsourced payroll company
Coordinate company lunches in our office and help organise company social events
Supporting all office general duties plus supporting on QMS activities in line with ISO standards
Ensure Workstation Risk Assessments are conducted for current employees and all new starters
Tracking and reporting MS Certifications progress and completion
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals with
Expert process and administrative background
Previous experience in an HR administrator role
Experience working with HR systems
Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working alongside C-Suite and other Senior managers
Proficiency with MS Office systems and Teams
Creative and hands-on when booking office events/teams get-togethers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-functional team
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
A strong attention to detail and accuracy
