We are currently in search of a Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Rotherwas, Hereford. As a vital part of our customer success team, you will serve as the face and voice of our business, ensuring that our customers receive unparalleled service and support.
Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, resolving queries, providing quotes, and processing orders.
Maintain accurate records using our bespoke Customer Service platform.
Strive to achieve company key performance indicators.
Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment handling high volumes of telephone calls.
Excellent telephone etiquette, friendly demeanour, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
23 days’ holiday with 1 day on or around your birthday, plus Bank Holidays, increasing by an additional 2 days with length of service.
