Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through various outbound strategies.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Set up meetings or calls with prospective customers.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the founders to support their efforts in closing deals.
- Track and document all activities in the CRM.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product to articulate its value.
- Develop deep knowledge of target ICP and how our value aligns to their needs.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with high organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled at social media outreach and digital networking.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a sales role in the SaaS industry.
- A track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
