In your new role, you will primarily support our customers in Berlin and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructures and media technology applications.
Whether hardware or software: with your expertise, you will provide our customers with competent IT support and help them find optimal solutions to technical challenges.
Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, alternatively a degree in computer science or a related subject or a related qualification and professional experience
Sound knowledge of best practices in IT administration, patch management and system security
A big plus: certification for Microsoft or VMware (e.g. Good knowledge of German and English (B2 or higher)
With team spirit, strong communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and an analytical way of working, you are the perfect addition to our team.
