Job Description Ciphr has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Advisor. The role is hybrid, you will be required to travel to the Reading office once a week.

See below the daily tasks of an Internal Communications Advisor:

Provide input into the Internal Communications & Engagement strategy
Use a business partner approach to be a bridge between leadership and our people, ensuring that information and data/metrics/KPI’s flows smoothly
Bring a measurement mindset to develop engaging and creative campaigns that drive employee engagement and behavioural change across the organisation
Foster a strong culture of collaboration to help create experiences that engage, connect, empower, and inspire our team members
Work closely with our marketing teams to ensure our internal and external messaging aligns with our brand and tone of voice

~ Proven experience in an internal communications role, contributing to and delivering on internal communication strategies
CMS (content management software) tool experience, preferably using Microsoft platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and communication to a range of audiences
