Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. The role sits within our Orpington Team, based between this office, some on-site time with our clients, and some remote working. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of established and new accounts, delivering a range of exciting events.

You will work across the entire life cycle of projects, involved in every element of our event delivery from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in and leading client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and programme planning, as well as leading operational delivery and stakeholder liaison.

Managing the day to day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.
• Budget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximisation.
• Clear professional communication and management of client expectations, as well as management and delivery of accurate reporting.
• Leading by example, working with and managing team members, and contributing positively to a wide range of projects.
• Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.
• On-site management of contractors including implementation of H&S processes and continuous best practice.
• Follow up reviews on projects post completion, including detailed analysis, compiling lessons learned and communication to the wider business to ensure process improvement.
• Development of additional business opportunities within the client account, spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions.

Solid experience of project management processes and on-site delivery of projects.
• Ability to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high-quality work to tight deadlines is key.
• A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpointand MS Outlook.
• Creative thinking.
• Problem solving - ability to identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions to resolve.
• Time management skills, both independently and when working as part of a wider team.
• Flexibility -willingness to work as a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive working attitude, supporting others and picking up a range of tasks when needed in order to adapt to the needs of the project/client.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating confidence and decision-making qualities.
