Your Mission…

As the HR & Office Manager, you'll be our organizational maestro, balancing HR responsibilities with office management tasks to ensure the harmonious functioning of our team and operations. From recruitment and talent development to employee engagement and office management, you'll be the cornerstone of our company culture and day-to-day efficiency.

What You'll Do…

Human Resources:

- Fully manage all HR day-to-day across our Head Office, Showroom, and Warehouse.

- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.

- Ensure consistent compliance with corporate HR policies and processes.

- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.

- Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies remain compliant.

Talent Development:

- Identify training and development needs and collaborate with department heads to implement relevant programs.

- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth among team members.

- Oversee the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and appraisal processes for effective performance management.

Employee Engagement:

- Lead the Culture Committee, ensuring alignment with our core values.

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.

- Implement recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.

- Promote a positive company culture that aligns with the values and vision of Cult Furniture.

Office Management:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

- Manage Health & Safety and office space requirements.

- Handle front desk duties, including greeting guests, coordinating deliveries, and ordering supplies.

- Address employee queries regarding office management issues.

- Assist in contract and price negotiations with office and facility management vendors.

- Liaise with the warehouse and showroom to provide support and direction.

What You Bring…

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

- Proven experience in HR management and office administration.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Understanding of employment law and payroll procedures.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in high-activity, dynamic environments with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Customer-focused with a deep interest in employee relations, able to interact with employees at all levels.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

- Team player; approachable, proactive, able to work without direct supervision, and takes initiative.

- Proficient in the use of HRIS and MS Office applications.
