About the Role:

In this role you’ll play a vital role in refining their core values, embedding them into their culture, and driving their recruitment efforts. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) based across different sites in London as well as flexible working, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to refine ther core values and embed them into their culture.
  • Develop strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment through structured activities, training, and policies.
  • Lead the recruitment process from job description creation to onboarding, including candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
  • Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.



Personal Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with expertise in UK employment law.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Alignment with our clients mission and values.
  • Pro rata salary of up to £45,000 p/a
  • Generous leave allowance, including paid birthday leave and end-of-year closure.
