You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management, a comprehensive knowledge of current lettings legislation and ARLA accreditation or similar would be preferred. You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants: show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
