Swoop are excited to collaborate exclusively with an independent mortgage broker. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker who is looking to take their first steps into a Self-Employed, fully remote role.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a prominent figure in the mortgage broking industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a senior leader who will offer you the support and mentorship to build your own business.

This is a perfect move for a confident Mortgage Specialist who is working in a company and is looking to increase their earning potential by taking a larger proportion of their fees and procuration fees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills enabling you to effortlessly convey complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, reflecting your meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Exemplary professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct that aligns with the highest industry standards.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
  • CeMAP qualified
