This Private Finance company has a head office based in Mayfair, an exceptional reputation within the industry and organically grown client book.

The team of mortgage advisors are all well-established in their finance and property careers and have extensive industry knowledge.

The company’s focus also extends beyond mortgages, to securing overall financial wellbeing.

The team are established Mortgage Industry professionals, each has a strong work ethic and desire to succeed, which allows for a more mature and flexible approach to work.

Working remotely, the team support and encourage each other, complete any training virtually and have the management team on hand for guidance.

The company was built on creating long lasting relationships with clients, the entire client book has been grown organically, and maintaining an exceptional level of service is paramount to the continued success of the company and team.


The Role

As the self-employed Mortgage Broker for the company, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Meeting with clients face to face is an important part of the company approach, you’ll be meeting with clients 2-3 times a week building and maintaining key relationships.


The Package

  • Daily team meeting at 9:30am
  • 60% on Self-Generated Leads
  • 40% on Leads Provided
  • Average loan size £400k
  • Admin support post CAS
  • Training completed virtually


Desired skills and experience

  • Experienced Mortgage Advisor
  • CeMap Qualified or equivalent
  • Proven track record in mortgage sales
  • Knowledge and dedication to work independently from home
  • Experience with a variety of mortgage cases & scenarios
  • Effective at simplifying and communicating advice
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Drive and ambition for professional development
  • Passionate about the industry
