The role is primarily responsible for supporting all supply chain related process and operations in order to maintain supply and demand balance. Drive local S&OP process and optimize inventory levels. Managing UK&I Customer Service Team located in UK or NWE HUB.

Supply Chain/ Planning:
Ensure local country S&OP process is ongoing, lead it and drive improvements in more robust meetings, with strong support of country Head.
Make sure country accurate 18 month rolling forecast is completed by commercial Head along with the relevant assumptions like Risks& Opportunities, make sure forecast process is executed on time.
Responsibility of PTP “Procur-To-Pay” (purchase orders and replenishment of products) for Uk&I in timely manner according to SLA with manufacturing plants.
Represent countries in internal Supply Chain meetings for updates and follow ups.
Drive inventory improvement actions: proactive management of slow moving, excess and obsolete material, challenge sale for actions to deplete stock, reponsbile for most accurate inventory projections.
Monitor warehousing & Logistics rates and budget of Uk&I provider with cooperation of Europe Logistics Head, manage once a year physical inventory count.
Gate Keeper of proper Master Data management (SKU creation).
Involved in IT & SC projects on new software, SAP enhancements.
Responsible to assure accurate forward projection of inventory for Uk&I.
Support NPL process as Supply Chain Lead, for SC related activities to the launch.

Recruitments, onboardings, exits, retention plans for the local team.

At least 4-5 years of professional experience in supply chain / logistics
Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
Deman Planning
Native/Fluent English
Advanced level of MS Office – Excel
