Our client a leading main contractor specialising in large-scale construction projects, including Ministry of Defence (MOD) sites, prisons, and other public sector contracts. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects across the East Midlands.
Experience in Project Management precast and concrete construction would be advantageous, but it's not essential. If you have a solid background in construction project management and are ready for an exciting challenge, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
Oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site managers.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Manage procurement of materials and labour, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any on-site challenges.
Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction, delivering projects to a high standard.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for senior management and clients.This role offers an immediate start, a competitive salary of £60k, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package.
