My Wolverhampton City Centre based client are looking for Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Duties:-

  • Process monthly payroll including starters, leavers, amendments, statutory payments, casual claims, deductions & HMRC notifications
  • Distributing payslips to employees
  • Full gross to NET payroll reconciliation
  • Produce monthly analysis reports
  • Manage salary sacrifice schemes
  • Administer all relevant statutory payroll processes including production on P45's, P60's and P11d's
  • Submission of returns to HMRC
  • Prepare monthly starter, leaver and change notifications to relevant pension schemes & deal with all relevant administration including pension year end returns
Key Skills:-
  • Must have existing payroll administration and be able to process end to end payroll
  • Essential you have used Sage Payroll systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Team player
