Our client is seeking a supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic Business Office Manager to join a new growing business.

An exciting opportunity for a compassionate, supportive and acquainted HR Office Manager
has come within a business which is growing exponentially.
We are seeking to add a Business Office Manager who can contribute with providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to a team of human resource staff.

Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations and issues

including disciplinary, grievances and performance management.
Providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
Carrying out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
Managing transition, and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where
Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual team performance.
Contributing to implementation of new HRIS.
Drafting people policies, and updating Staff Handbook.
Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and wellness referrals.
Hybrid/Remote/Onsite.
Terms: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
Work Experience: Minimum 3 Years in people management.
