Financial Reporting Manager Luton, Bedfordshire
Type: Day rate contract (Inside IR35)
Initially 3-month, with scope of extension/permanent

We're excited to be partnering exclusively with a highly respected global business that is strengthening its UK finance function, and we’re looking for a technically strong Financial Reporting Manager to step into a high-impact role covering statutory reporting, month-end leadership, taxation, along systems and process improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) who enjoys depth, accuracy, and continuous improvement - while also getting involved in a major ERP implementation that will shape the future of the finance function.

As Financial Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of:

Leading month-end close and delivering accurate management accounts
Assist with the annual statutory accounts preparation and tax returns across UK entities
Complex reconciliations, IFRS support, and technical analysis
Overseeing AP, AR, cash management, and financial operations
Supporting audits, external reporting, and Group submissions

This role offers both technical challenge and the chance to influence how finance operates as the business grows and evolves.

ACA/ACCA qualified (essential)
~Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS desirable)
~ Experience with large ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, D365
~ Work with an international listed business undergoing positive transformation
A supportive Financial Controller and a chance to influence best practice
