Digital Sales Manager – Bristol

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Digital Sales Manager to take ownership of our digital sales and customer engagement operation. This is a leadership role at the heart of our online customer experience, where strategy meets performance, and technology meets people.
You’ll be part of our dynamic team and responsible for converting leads, managing enquiries, and shaping how customers interact with us across every digital touchpoint, phone, web, live chat, email, and emerging AI-assisted channels.
This role is about driving measurable growth to our digital funnel: turning attention into action, and interaction into sales. You’ll blend commercial focus with creativity, ensuring every part of the digital journey reflects our brand, our standards, and our ambition.
Own and optimise the full digital customer enquiry journey, from first contact through to conversion and retention.
Lead, coach, and energise the teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and exceed sales and service targets.
Develop and execute multi-channel engagement strategies, blending inbound, outbound, and digital touchpoints to maximise reach and impact.
Drive conversion performance across vehicles, finance, warranties, and aftersales opportunities.
Analyse customer data and digital performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with retail and auto centre teams to create seamless online-to-offline experiences that strengthen relationships and loyalty.
Champion innovation in digital engagement, automation, and AI-assisted service, keeping our approach fresh, efficient, and competitive.
Report to senior leadership on performance, conversion, and customer behaviour with clear, data-led recommendations.
Proven experience leading a high-performing digital sales or contact centre team, ideally within automotive, retail, or service environments.
A leader who inspires accountability, energy, and commercial focus.
Strong record of driving conversion, enhancing customer experience, and managing omni-channel sales journeys.
Technically fluent with CRM, lead management, and reporting systems, with curiosity for automation and AI tools.
Commercially astute, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
