Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Services (Asset Management & Funds) Tax Manager to join the Corporate Tax team. This is a small but growing team, so it should appeal to someone in a larger FS Tax team who is concerned about progression rate and opportunities currently.
The Financial Services (Asset Management & Funds) Tax Manager must have a solid background in financial services tax, specifically in asset management and funds.
Leverage your expertise to provide tailored tax advice and solutions to our clients in this sector.
Deals Tax: Advise on tax implications related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Advisory: Collaborate with clients to develop tax-efficient strategies and address complex tax issues.
Tax Audit: Manage tax audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compliance: Oversee tax compliance processes, including filing returns and reporting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with financial services clients.
Understand their unique needs and provide strategic tax planning advice.
Act as a trusted advisor, addressing complex tax matters.

Contribute to the growth and development of the overall Corporate Tax practice.
Working closely with the Partners, you will be able to broaden your knowledge and become a more rounded tax adviser.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional tax qualification (e.g., Existing experience in financial services tax, with a focus on asset management and funds.
