Are you a Regulatory expert looking for a challenging and diverse role? This growing consultancy business supports FCA regulated firms to align purpose and strategy with regulatory expectations around conduct and culture.
Working in a newly created role as a Regulatory Advisory Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to their clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
This senior position offers a platform for you to showcase your talents through a variety of key responsibilities:
Provide support and mentorship to a team of independent Consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Manage internal workstreams and projects, ensuring efficient delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Conduct in-depth research on current and future regulatory requirements, staying ahead of the curve in compliance trends.
Offer pre-approved regulatory guidance and compliance advice to clients, serving as a trusted advisor in their regulatory journey.
Lead the delivery of client projects/engagements, from initiation to final reporting, with precision and excellence.
Your duties will encompass internal governance and controls, core consultancy tasks, and additional responsibilities aimed at fostering client relationships and driving business growth. From overseeing ISO frameworks to delivering meticulous consultancy engagements, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic.
Candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory/advisory consultancy or an FCA regulated financial services background are required.
